Casa Ullivi is situated on the very edge of the pretty village of Sant Ambrogio. The front of the house has sea views and is very easy to access the beach and the main road for Cefalu.
This is a well planned house with enough space for a maximum of 6 guests, the house is on the first floor so has great sea views and also is a very quiet spot to take a relaxing holiday.
The house from the outside looks deceivingly small but inside has a large airy feel with its lovely modern furniture and large aspect windows.
The town of Cefalu is 6 km away and quickly accessed by the main road below the village.

Village bar/ supermarket are 150m away.
Local man in village with a van comes round on a Monday and Friday at 11am with fruit and veg he parks in the main piazza
Beach is accessed by steps opposite the house to the main road where you walk across the road and down onto the small beach. 550m The beach below is a 5 min drive or a delightful 15 min walk down the access steps is quieter than the beaches of Cefalu and is a great place to relax and unwind. Please take plenty of breaks to admire the view on the way back to catch your breath as the steps are quite steep.
