This combination of rooms, apartments and the excellent restaurant below makes a fantastic place to stay to explore the north coast of Sicily.
Peppe and Mario provide a fantastic selection of local Sicilian dishes cooked fresh for you and can provide accommodation on either bed and breakfast, half board or full board basis.
Peppe is an culinary artist when it comes to the presentation of his food and specializes in the carving of fresh fruit and vegetables such as melon and pumpkin to form amazing center pieces for the table, have a look at the photos for some examples.
The Pensione has three well appointed bedrooms which all have a twin / double bed and a single bed. Each bed room has an on suite shower room with toilet, a fridge and TV.
The third bedroom as air-conditioning but it is not often required due to the delightful offshore breezes that Castel di Tusa benefits from, cooling the rooms during the summer months.
The three bedrooms all have sea views and benefit from balconies where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The two apartments both have a double bedroom and plenty of space for other beds in the spacious living room to accommodate a family. They both have shower rooms with the second having a disabled shower / toilet facility making the apartment ideal if one of your party has any mobility problems. There are no steps in the apartments and there is clear access from the parking area.
Both apartments are equipped with a fridge for keeping your "vino Bianco" cool
for those evenings out on the Balcony. There are no cooking facilities in the apartments or bedrooms but why would you need them with the excellent restaurant downstairs.
The Pensione is just a 5 min drive from the lovely fishing town of Castel di Tusa which provides many fantastic restaurants, bars and gelateries which make the most amazing ice creams and deserts for you to sample. The beach at Castel di Tusa is great in the summer and has some of the clearest water on the north coast. This area is very popular with the locals and they know the best spots to come and relax.

Mario also offers a series of culinary excursions ranging from mushroom picking in the mountains, to barbeques in his favorite spots in the mountains behind Castel di Tusa.
These can be combined with walking tours to allow you to experience the beauty of the mountains and the wonders of it's local food, the fantastic freshly caught fish, fantastic local meat and sausages and fresh salads.
