Casale Bazan is set in a lovely hillside estate surrounded by Olive, lemon and orange groves and the majestic Madonie Oak woods. At a height of 250m above sea level the villa and pool area have a fantastic view of the sparkling aquamarine Tyrrhenian Sea and “La Rocca” of Cefalu below. It’s close proximity to Cefalu by Car allow access to the beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars of this lovely historical Seaside resort. Cefalu is about 15 minutes drive down the country lanes of the Madonie.
The villa is beautifully laid out and elegantly furnished with 4 spacious bedrooms, a huge living room with kitchen corner and log fire place. Also the dinning area can accommodate 8 people comfortably on the lovely Chestnut wood table and chairs.
The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV and share two well laid out bathrooms.
In the villa’s grounds there is a lovely Pool, poolside terrace area, several gazebos with lounge chairs and a large outside kitchen area which can seat up to 20 persons. Also access to the lovely villa garden to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Madonie countryside.
In addition to Casale Bazan there are a series of other apartments and cottage bedrooms throughout the estate. This additional accommodation can allow large parties up to 22 persons to be accommodated with ease sharing the great facilities of the estate.
These include:
One cottage with 3 double bedrooms ( sleeping 6 persons ) is conveniently located next to another pool and terrace area as well as a glass walled common lounge area. This lounge has lovely views over the pool, garden and the surrounding countryside. Each room has its own private entrance and private on suite bathrooms and there is also a common kitchen area in the cottage itself. This cottage has it’s own parking and access road separate from the Casle Bazan
One small apartment with a private terrace, kitchen and dinning area with a sofa bed and 1 double bedroom ( sleeps 3 ).
One cottage with 2 bedrooms and common lounge / kitchen area lower down the hillside with its own parking and access road. This cottage sleeps 5 persons, 1 double room and 1 double with a single bed in the lounge area.
