Villa Urbazzo is situated in the countryside in a lovely spot just 9 km from the lovely historic town of Cefalu.  The villa is a great place to get away from it all and be close to nature in a quiet and pieceful area.  It has a large amount of land situated around the property which includes a small lake ( fenced ), a large play ground and a Donkey which likes to get to know all the visitors and a carrot or two.

It is possible to arrange horse riding in area within the property grounds by request.

This villa is divided into 3 units:

Casale A ( Sleeps 5)

On the ground floor there is a cosy and comfortable living area with colour TV, large kitchen and toilet.

On the first floor there is 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and one single bedroom.

Casale B : ( Sleeps 5 )

On the ground floor there is a pretty and comfortable living area with ,with colour TV, large kitchen and toilet.

On the first floor there is 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and one single bedroom.

Casale C : ( Sleeps 8 )

This seprate dependace with one apartement which contains four double bedrooms, each with bathrooms and shower, a kitchen and a living area. 


Shared facilities include a laundry, barbecue area and swimming pool .
