The splendid Reserva Naturale dello Zingaro a nature reserve protected by the Sicilian Government is 7 km away and is a haven for the rare Bonelli Eagle, along with 40 other species of birds and 700 plant varieties, some unique to this coast. Within the reserve you will also find some breathtaking bays where the swimming is a must in its clear crystal waters, Marinella Bay is one of the best spots and benefits from having a local dive centre which offers magical dives in some of Sicily’s best hidden bays.
Villa Sauci is an immaculately finished holiday villa complex which includes, 3 suite apartments, 4 bedrooms with dining area, lounge with guest areas within the complex. The swimming pool and external terrace area, with there commanding views complete the excellent facilities that ensure you have an outstanding holiday experience.
The three apartment suites, each of about 55 sqm are situated on the ground floor, comprising of bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and dining area. Each apartment also benefits from having its own terrace area equipped with barbecue, an outside dining area and deck chairs for relaxing in the sun.
On the upper floor of the villa complex, there is an elegant lounge area which is over 100 sqm in size and where it is possible to pass pleasant moments reading, listening to music or watching the large flat screen TV. The large panoramic windows offer a 180 degree view of the sea and coastline. From the mezzanine level of the villa complex, there is access to the individual bedrooms, all have en suite bathroom, including in one of the larger rooms a hydro bath, all are elegantly furnished and equipped with all the creature comforts.
